1. So, what kind of jackets do you guys actually make?

At Zaavs, we’re all about well-made jackets that feel good, look great, and actually last. Whether you're going for something chill or something built for the outdoors, we've got a little something for every vibe.

2. What sizes do you carry?

Pretty much a full range. We want everyone to find their fit. Just hit the size chart on the product page — it’s all there. Still unsure? Our support team’s cool and will help you figure it out.

3. How should I take care of my jacket?

Each one comes with care instructions on the tag — just don’t ignore them like we sometimes do.

4. What payment options do you take?

We’ve got the usual suspects:

  • Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

5. Is shipping free?

Yep — any where in the world, shipping is free and on us.

6. How long will my jacket take to arrive?

If you're in the U.S., it usually takes 4–11 business days after we process the order. Patience is key, but yeah, we get it — waiting sucks.

7. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order’s out the door, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link. You can stalk your package in real time through our tracking page.

8. What’s your return policy?

Not vibing with your order? No worries. You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back. Just make sure it’s unused and still has all the tags. We’ll sort out your refund once it’s back with us.

9. Can I exchange it instead?

Absolutely. Want a different size or color? We’ve got you. Just let us know within 30 days, and make sure the jacket’s in its original condition.

10. How do I actually start a return or exchange?

Just email us at help@zaavs.com with your order number and what you need. We’ll walk you through it and send you everything you need.

11. Do I have to pay to ship it back?

If the item arrived damaged or we messed up — totally on us. Otherwise, return shipping’s on you. Fair deal, right?

12. What if my jacket shows up damaged or has an issue?

That’s not okay — and we’ll fix it. Let us know within 30 days of getting it and we’ll cover return shipping. Whether you want a refund or a replacement, we’ll make it right.

13. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If it’s been less than 24 hours, maybe — we move fast. Email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

14. Do you ship internationally?

Yes We do.
